Art class today! This time it was ceramic plates and I did one of my family (and dogs) as snow people (or snow dogs) and my daughter did a funny reindeer.
They have to be glazed and fired and the colors will be much brighter. I love the snow dogs. If you look closely the dog on the left has eyelashes. That's Penny. Ninja is the one on the right. The people (from the left) are my son, my husband, me (in my usual sun hat) and my daughter.
Now the little reindeer my daughter painted is so adorable! The pink lines are Sharpie marker that she used to trace the pattern on. We drew the design on tissue and then used Sharpie marker to trace it on. The marker will burn off when it gets fired. I love the face on this little guy. It's so sweet!I can't believe we're a week and a half away from Thanksgiving. I love Thanksgiving but how can it be here already? I have so much to do! :)
